1: Please check the toy for its working at the time of delivery.
2: The delivery executive will count the number of pieces as well as update a picture on our system at the time of delivery as well as pick up.
3: If the toy is malfunctioning / has missing parts, please update the call centre within 12 hrs for a free replacement. If the request is received after 12 hours, customer will have to bear the repair / replacement charges.
4: Refundable deposit is charged from every customer for every toy the deposit will be returned in your bank account within 7 working days after pick up of the toy and after making any necessary deductions'(if any).
